In-home sessions to build your custom birth blueprint, address your fears, and clarify your preferences. We will utilize evidence-based tools to ensure your mind and heart are fully prepared.

Unshakeable, continuous presence by your side the moment labor begins. I provide physical comfort, hands-on pain management, words of affirmation, and gentle advocacy to protect your birth space.

04. Postpartum Healing & Restoration
An in-person home session after baby arrives to check in on the family unit. I offer a safe space to process your birth story, give emotional reassurance, and support your transition into motherhood.

05. Lactation & Feeding Guidance
Dedicated support to help you confidently meet your feeding goals - whether breastfeeding, pumping, or formula. I help troubleshoot early latching challenges and provide trusted professional referrals if needed.

Exclusive access to your own secure client portal. This is a peaceful, organized space where you can book and view your scheduled prenatals, your birth plan, access curated resource libraries, access to your Childbirth Education Course *if applicable,* and manage your documents seamlessly throughout your care.

This package includes all things from the "Empowerment" package and more. In addition to full foundational support, this package includes specialized sessions explicitly designed to equip, educate, and anchor your husband for this time as well.

Built specifically for seasoned, multiparous mamas (those who have walked through childbirth before), this package is streamlined for the woman who already knows the terrain of labor but desires dedicated physical support for the day of birth.

This package includes a continuous on-call availability window from 38 weeks until delivery, alongside a focused one-hour postpartum check-in to support you and your newborn.
