Cancellation Policy

Welcome! All initial consultations, prenatal visits, and postpartum check-ins with Presence Birthwork are offered as complimentary services or already paid for within your purchased package to support your birth journey. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Because dedicated time is set aside specifically for your family, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Running Late: Life happens - especially when growing or caring for little ones! If you are running late, please send me a quick text or message. If I have back to back appointments, yours may be shortened or rescheduled if delayed beyond 15 minutes to keep my daily schedule running smoothly for all families, most of the time though, it's not a huge bother. I have a 1 and 3 year old so I completely understand the beautiful chaos that life presents. We'll figure it out together mama!
