Embroidered on premium Comfort Colors 1717 blanks. 100% ringspun cotton, heavyweight fabric. Features a relaxed, lengthy, vintage boxy fit. Pre-shrunk during the dyeing process. Wash cold with like colors, tumble dry low.

As a small, independent business, all of our products are designed and embroidered in-house in small batches by my husband and I. Because every item is made-to-order or produced in limited runs, we do not accept casual returns or exchanges. Please review all sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Eligible Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We take pride in our work and want you to love your gear. We will gladly accept returns or issue refunds/exchanges exclusively for the following reasons:

• Damaged or Defective Items: Any manufacturing defects in the garment or flaws in the embroidery stitching upon arrival.

• Incorrect Orders: If you received a different size, color, or design than what you purchased.

• Shipping Damage: If the item was damaged during transit by the mail carrier.

How to Start a Claim

If your item meets the criteria above, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

1. Email us at kr@presencebirthwork.com with your order number.

2. Include a clear photo of the defect, damage, or incorrect item.

Once we verify the issue, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and process your replacement or refund immediately.

Please note:

Items sent back to us without prior approval or outside the 14-day window may not be eligible for a refund.

Orders ship out within 3-5 business days. Shipped securely in eco-friendly poly mailers. Free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving the item (based on shipping label delivery date).

Returns & Exchanges

We are a small, independent business, and every single piece we make is designed and embroidered in-house right here on Oahu. Because we aren't a massive corporate warehouse, we create items in small batches and cannot accept casual returns or exchanges on a whim. We pour a lot of love into every shirt, and we ask that you double-check our size charts before placing your order!

That being said, we always want to make sure you're taken care of if something isn't right. We will gladly issue a return, exchange, or refund for the following specific reasons:

• Manufacturing Defects: If there is a flaw in the Comfort Colors fabric or a mistake in the embroidery stitching when it arrives.

• Wrong Item Sent: If we accidentally sent you the wrong design, color, or size from what you ordered.

• Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives severely damaged or torn up by the mail carrier, affecting the product inside.

If your order meets any of these criteria, just send us a quick message with a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll get a replacement or refund sorted out for you ASAP. Thank you for supporting local, independent creators!
